Established in 2010, this is our story.
Self storage industry pioneer and leader Barry Hoeven announced on March 26th, 2010 the formation of Storage Network Advantage (www.storagenetworkadvantage.com) (SNA), a company that serves independent self storage owners with solutions to increase revenue, occupancy and net operating income.
Focusing in revenue growth and reducing expenses, the SNA provides five strategic "a'la carte" services; Internet Marketing, Insurance & Protection Plans, BackOffice Administration and Buying Power.
"Self storage is more competitive than ever. The SNA is leveling the playing field by giving independent self storage owners the same tools for marketing, office administration, and insurance and buying power that large operators have enjoyed for years." said VP of Marketing Jason Lopez.
The SNA's a` la carte services include Search Engine Optimization, online marketing,Customer Storage Protection Plans, insurance services and accounting services. Members also have access to volume pricing for point of sale merchandise and office supplies.
Storage Network Advantage is wholly owned by Westport Properties Inc. (WPI). Founded by Barry Hoeven in 1985, WPI owns and operates over 40 storage facilities under the trade name US Storage Centers, Inc.
